Adobe Acrobat DC Unknown Error

Adobe: Federated ID Licensing
This article will provide the steps to assign an Adobe license to a user via Federated ID. Instructions: Log in to the Adobe Admin Console using your email address and password- https://adminconsole.adobe.com/BE56973656D4CEE87F000101@AdobeOrg/overview# Click on the LCAA - Independent Institute of Education - Tertiary in the top right hand corner of the console and change to Independent Institute of Education. Click on Settings > Directories > sts1.advtech.co.za Click on Sync. Click Go to Settings. Under Allow editing of synced data in Admin Console click Enable Editing > Enable. Note: editing is only enabled for 1 hour. Click Close. Click on the Independent Institute of Education in the top right-hand corner of the console and change to LCAA - Independent Institute of Education - Tertiary. Click on Users at the top of the screen. Click Add User. Enter the user email address. The console should complete the Name, Email Address, and ID Type automatically. If not, enter the username and surname, and check that Federated ID is listed under ID Type. Click on the + sign then click User Groups. Select the respective User Group. Click Save. Administrator permissions are required on the Adobe Admin Console. Adobe license requests to be logged as a service request, with a detailed description/motivation, via the ADvTECH IT Service Desk with the Divisional ICT Manager as an approver.

Instructions: Connect via RDP to ADPK-VPN-MGT3 Open Windows Explorer In the address bar type \\vpn.advtech.co.za\SYSVOL\vpn.advtech.co.za\scripts\Signature Double click on the folder for the respective brand. There is a list of folder names and brands in the Signature folder labelled Signature Folder Labels.txt Double click on the respective brand signature template to open it in Microsoft Word for editing To update the image on the template, right-click on the current image in the template then click ‘Change Picture…’ Browse to the location of the new image then select it then click Insert Save the template by clicking on the Save button To mark the template update for deployment, right-click on the respective domaincheck_xxxx.ps1 script in the Signature folder then click Edit On-Line 1, change the username of the person that is doing the script editor. Also, change the date to the date the script was edited On-Line 2, change the $SignatureVersionRoot value to the next version number, for example, if the current version number is 5.2, then 5.3 will be the next version number At the bottom of the script, include a comment which must contain the version number, the brand, and the description of the change that was made Click the Save button to save the changes Users that will be editing signature templates and scripts will need to be members of the Netlogon Signature Access group on VPN Images need to be in .png format with a bit depth of 32
