How to Import and Export Opportunities on Freshsales
Importing Opportunities
To import opportunities into Freshsales, follow these steps:
Prepare Your Data: Ensure your data is in a CSV file format. The file should include all necessary CRM mandatory fields such as opportunity(deal) name, stage, value, close date, etc.

Log in to Freshsales: Access your Freshsales account using your credentials.
Navigate to Opportunities: Go to the 'Opportunities' section from the main menu.

- Click on the 'Import opportunities' button.
- Select the CSV file you prepared.
- Map the columns in your CSV file to the corresponding fields in Freshsales.

- Side note: Exported data will be sent as a ZIP file to your email.
