Make sure the student uses the sign in with work or school account (Microsoft option) option when signing in

Unauthorised access or unknown user error prompts.

First, confirm whether the learner is registered in STASY.

If the learner's information is not found in STASY, go ahead and add the learner, and this should resolve the issue.

In case the learner is already listed in STASY, please proceed to log a ticket with the service desk so they can investigate and resolve the issue.
