Attendance Capturing (Complete Day)

Click on Grades & Subjects > Capture Attendance.

Ensure that Grade Wise is selected at the top of the capture attendance screen
Select the Grade, Intake and Class.

You can select the Date that you want to capture attendance for. Please note that if you wish to back-capture attendance for Cycle 1 – then you should use your school start date.
Click on the Search button.

This will display the list of students in this class:

All students are marked Present by default and only the Absent students need to be marked.
Although the default attendance entry is Present, unless this screen is saved, the attendance will not be seen as captured for this specific day.
To mark Absent, click on the check box in the Absent column.

To mark Present, click on the check box in the Present column (if previously marked as absent or other).
To mark Other attendance, click on the drop down arrow in the Others column where you can select Leave (e.g. school camp, sporting event), Late Arrival or Left Early, none of these options will negatively impact the attendance of the student and will be counting towards the Present percentage:

Once you select the option, you can add a Remark/Comment explaining the Other leave taken.

Click on the Save button to save the attendance.
An attendance summary appears at the bottom of the screen.
