Creating Module class and mapping on Module Parameters
Error: when trying to move the student under the correct group but you don’t find the group
1.Follow the below steps
- On the left-hand side dashboard select Qualification & modules
- Under Setting & Masters select Manage classes
2. Under MANAGE CLASS tab
- Type/paste Module code/name
- Click Search
- Click on Calendar
- Scroll down and change the 100 to 500 at the bottom of the page.

- Then scroll up and start your group search.
- If you find it you should be able to pick it up when you move the student to the correct group.
- If you do not find it follow the next steps
Add new class page will pop-up

- Add the Class Name (Important: Class name consist of Campus code-Qualification codegroup number)
- Select Assign calendar
- Choose Home room
- Select Academic Term
- Tick First come first serve
- Untick Show on student portal for information
- Click Save
Confirm by checking if the group is created.
Important: When you done creating the group follow the below steps
Note: Check with Stasy campus admin if they cannot add module parameters if not then log a call.
- Go to Qualification & Modules
- Select Qualification under setting & Master
- Select Qualification code/name
Click Search
2. Select the Record
3. Click Qualification Intake
Click Select Intake choose the intake year (is very important to choose what is appearing on the student list)
- Scroll down and click the + /Plus sign
Type the module code/ name
- Scroll down to Assign Modules
Check if the group is mapped under the semester that the student is doing the module. If the group is not there.
Then follow the below
Choose the select semester
- Select correct academic term
-
Select Module class ( which is the group name)
- Click save
Done.
Check if is correctly mapped and it appears
