For Academic Credit
You can follow the below steps to resolve this issue.
•Please verify that the Academic Credit has been captured.
•Please navigate to Qualifications and Modules>Planning>Transfer Credits.
•Under “ List of Students” please select the Edit button.
•Populate the following fields and select
the Search button:
•Admission ID/Student ID/Student Name and Semester.
(NB: Assessment Scheme will auto populate).
If there is a mark captured for the module where credit needs to be awarded the business process says that academic credit prevails over any marks captured during the semester.
To solve this issue, we need to follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Delete any marks that are captured in regular schemes for all the events
(example: AS4 - C65/S35 - UG - 2022-Jan).
2. Delete any marks that are captured in Transfer Credit Scheme.
3. Unmap the student from all the events.
4. De-enrol the student from the module.
5. Capture the credit from
Transfer Credit Screen
