For Account Blocked

You can follow the below steps to resolve this issue. 

•First check if there is an ACTIVE B4 Hold on the account.

•If there is a hold and it is still Active : this is the reason the account is blocked. This should not be lifted. Campus must check if the hold is still valid, and they can lift as required.

•If there is no HOLD then check the "Currently Locked Users" - this will show if the account has been locked due to multiple password attempts. If it is locked - this can be unlocked for the student.
