•There can be a range of issues related to Admission Approval pop up errors.
•Firstly, check if the condition textbox has been satisfied. If the condition tick box has not been ticked, this will flag as Condition not met. Contact the admissions team for further assistance, they will need to select the tick box in order to proceed. Staff from other departments should NOT try and select the tick box, as they will not know if the condition has been met or not.
•If the condition box is ticked, proceed to check if the Pre-Registration fee has been paid. If the Pre-Registration fee is applicable, the Pre-Registration fee must be settled for the correct qualification.
•If the Pre-Registration fee is settled or not applicable, then proceed to check the documents. Any document that is specified as compulsory must be uploaded or you will not be able to proceed, this is very likely when the applicant has 2 qualifications against the profile as it doubles the number of documents that are required, and all must be uploaded if compulsory.
•If the documents are uploaded, then the issue could be related to documents that have not been set up correctly and this will need to be escalated. Please log a ticket on the ADvTECH IT Service Desk
