For Dual Transcripts – WQP Transcript

You can follow the below steps to resolve this issue.

Where a student has 2 active qualifications – we need to ensure that the correct Transcript

is published ie: HC qualification & Degree – we need to publish the HC transcript and not

the degree.

• These students transcripts will appear as below – with a regular transcript and WQP

transcript.

• The WQP transcript is the exit level transcript and is the one that needs to be published.

To ensure that the correct one is published – please do as follows:

• Remove the Regular transcript by un-

publishing the transcript – this is done

by Re-generating the transcript – this

will update to “unpublished”

• Then proceed to publish the WQP

transcript.
