You can follow the below steps to resolve this issue.

•Mandatory Module issues were resolved - but you can check the MOR report and see if the module has been set up as mandatory in the MOR report.

•If the module is mandatory on the MOR - this is correct.

•If the module is optional on the MOR - escalate.
