You can follow the below steps to resolve this issue.

No Academic Term usually can be one of 2 things:

•The student is out of time - if the student is out of time, they will not be able to register. The feedback should be given to the user that the student is out of time and needs to be mapped to a new intake.

•If the student has not been promoted - the academic term will also not appear. The student needs to be promoted for the Academic Term to appear.
