You can follow the below steps to resolve this issue.

•Students can be promoted - however these process is currently being managed in BULK.

•There should not be too many requests post February.

•If a Promotion is required (post Feb), the Promotion can be done.

•Please check what semester the student is currently in.

•The Student can be Promoted, If it is not the current semester of the qualification - relative to the qualification intake - then the student can be promoted.

Example:

The student is a 2022 Full Time Intake.
The current semester of this qualification’s intake is semester 3.
The student’s semester is appearing in Semester 2.
Then the student can be promoted.

Student can be promoted using the promotions process.
We advise that the ticket is logged with AIT AIT
