You can follow the below steps to resolve this issue.
Results issues can also be attributed to a range of issues. You can do the following to check:
•Step 1: Please check that the student is enrolled for the module.
Please use the Q&M Dashboard > Student Enrolment Report to assist.
•Step 2: Please check that the student has been mapped to the assessment event.
Please use the Management Assessment Events to assist.
Ensure that the Exam status is “ Open for Mark Entry” under Manager Assessment Events.
•Step 3: Please ensure that the student marks (formative and summative) have captured and saved.
Please use the Management Mark Entry to assist.
